What’s new in
Install on Amazon Fire TV
- Get Downloader. Search for “Downloader” in the Amazon Appstore and install it.
- Allow it to install apps. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps and switch Downloader on. (On some Fire OS versions this is under Settings → Applications, or Downloader will prompt you the first time.)
- Enter the address. Open Downloader, select the URL box and type
/d(this site’s address followed by/d), then choose Go. - Install. When the download finishes, select Install, then Open.
- Clean up. Downloader offers to delete the APK afterwards — you can.
Other Android TV devices
Open the address in Downloader (from Google Play), or download the file on a phone and send it to the TV, then allow “Install unknown apps” for the app you use to open it.
Updating? Install the new version over the old one — your data is kept as long as it comes from this same page.
